Obtaining Microsoft Visio

For those students who do not yet have Visio, a Visio file viewer program is available the following link: http://www.microsoft.com/office/visio/  Microsoft provides a 30 day evaluation of the full Visio product, which I believe is also available for download at this site.

Scheduling of Quizzes

Quizzes will be based upon the preceding week's course content (i.e., they are not cumulative). The "preceding week" can include any of the following: the previous week's workshop, the previous week's assignments, or the current week's workshop (i.e., topics discussed in class just prior to the quiz.)

Quizzes are generally conducted after the book review and related topic lecture, typically between 8:10 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. This will give students an opportunity to ask questions in class prior to taking the quiz.
